THE DEMO LIBRARY

Try a task from start to finish

Each demo uses a fictional business and explains what it does, what you get and where its scope ends.

TRY IT NOW · INTERNAL OPERATIONS

Turn documents into reviewed data

Choose one of three sample documents. Extract its details with AI, compare them with the original, correct a field and create a CSV.

Fictional supplier invoice, purchase order and customer request. No real documents are uploaded.

TRY IT NOW · INTERNAL REQUESTS

Turn an internal request into a proposal for review

Describe a fictional expense, purchase, incident or access request. See the relevant procedures, fill in missing information and record an explicit test approval.

Four sample procedures. No money moves, access changes, tickets or supplier messages.

TRY IT NOW · CUSTOMER ORDERS

A conversation that becomes a reviewed order

Browse Patio Café’s sample menu, ask for a coffee, change quantities and review exact prices. Confirm a fictional order and retrieve its saved record.

A fictional café. No payment, WhatsApp message or real order is sent.

TRY IT NOW · QUOTES AND VISITS

From a project description to a scheduled demo visit

Describe a fictional landscaping project, review an itemized price and create a test estimate. Accept it, choose an available time, then change or cancel your demo visit.

Fictional prices and a separate demo calendar. No real work, payment or messages.

TRY IT NOW · APPOINTMENT OPERATIONS

Book, change or cancel in one conversation

Ask a fictional receptionist for live availability, confirm a 30-minute demo appointment, then reschedule or cancel it. Request a private activity panel to see the factual calendar state and internal reminder timing.

Fictional clinic and dedicated test calendar. No medical service, email, SMS, WhatsApp message or payment.

Before you start

Are these real businesses?

No. Patio Café, Green Patio, Patio Clinic and Patio Supply Co. are fictional businesses. Their products, services, documents and procedures demonstrate a task. You are not making a purchase, hiring a service or booking actual care.

Do I have to share my contact details to try a demo?

You can explore all five demos without sharing contact details. We request your contact information only if you choose to send the project form, and we explain how it will be used.

Can you automate internal processes too?

Yes. We can work with documents, requests, procedures and approvals. Automation can prepare information and recommend a next step. You decide which actions need human review.

What would you customize for my business?

The content, rules, products or services, responsibilities and connections. A demo shows a limited example; your implementation is scoped around your actual process.

What do I need to get started?

A specific task, examples of how it works today and a list of the tools your team uses. Depending on the task, we may also need a product list, pricing rules, a calendar or procedures. We agree on access after reviewing the scope.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the process, integrations and expected usage. A proposal separates implementation, ongoing operation and any services with additional charges. There is no single published price for every use case.

What if information is missing or the agent cannot answer?

The experience should ask for missing details or flag what needs review. Approval and handoff steps are defined for each process.

How does support work?

We agree on support coverage, responsibilities and how performance will be reviewed. Those terms are included in the proposal before implementation.

YOUR NEXT PROCESS

What does your team keep doing by hand?

Tell us about the task, the tools you use and what a useful result would look like.

Tell us about your project using this form. Online meeting booking is still being configured.

How this demo site uses information

The document demo processes only the three fictional samples provided. Extraction runs through our automation service and OpenRouter; the result is saved under a random demo session ID, without creating a sales contact. Your manual corrections and CSV are prepared in your browser.

The internal process demo sends the fictional request you enter to our automation service and OpenRouter. It retains the last five requests and test approvals under your random session ID. Use fictional information only. Test approval does not execute a business action or create a sales contact.

The café demo processes your fictional order messages through OpenRouter and stores a draft, the last six conversation turns and up to five fictional orders per language under the same random demo session ID. Use sample information only. Confirming a demo order does not send it to a business or create a sales contact.

If you send the project form, SC Soft USA stores your contact, company and project details in its customer management system to review your request and follow up. Each submission is retained separately. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Please use the form to ask about or request deletion of your contact information, and do not include confidential customer records or passwords.

The quote demo uses OpenRouter to interpret fictional project details and retains up to five drafts per language under your demo session ID. Creating a test estimate creates a fictional contact and estimate in our customer management system. Accepting or declining records internal workflow progress. Booking a demo visit saves an appointment in a separate test calendar, with controls to check, change or cancel it. No email, SMS, payment or real service is sent or booked.

The clinic demo uses a dedicated GoHighLevel calendar and a fictional live-chat identity. Confirming a demo appointment creates a test contact and appointment; rescheduling and cancellation update that same appointment. A private link valid for 24 hours reads only that visitor's appointment and internal reminder records. No medical information, outbound message, payment or real care is requested or delivered.

This site uses fictional examples to demonstrate workflows. To discuss a real project, use the contact form above.
